Overview: The Senior HR Business Partner collaborates with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives. They lead and execute HR initiatives, providing guidance and support to managers and employees. This role ensures the implementation of best HR practices, fostering a positive work environment and driving organizational growth.
Responsibilities:• Strategic HR Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Employee Relations: Handle complex employee relations issues and provide guidance for conflict resolution.
• Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee recruitment strategies and develop retention programs.
• Performance Management: Lead performance review processes and support career development.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and design learning programs for employee development.
• Change Management: Support leadership during organizational changes and transitions.
• HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and develop HR policies.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize HR metrics to assess effectiveness and propose improvements.
• Culture and Engagement: Foster a positive work culture through engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, HRCI Certifications and SHRM Certifications is preferred.
• Proven experience 10+ as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Work Conditions:
• Our HQ is in Sheraton.
• On-site Requirement: This position requires working from the office daily. The role is primarily office-based to facilitate collaboration with teams and ensure efficient coordination of HR functions across departments.
