Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant/Finance Manager to join our dynamic team at Inkall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and supervising all activities within the Accounts Department, with a focus on costing and the preparation of regular financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Key Responsibilities:
● Supervise and manage day-to-day activities of the Accounts Department.
● Oversee costing processes and ensure accurate and timely cost allocations. ● Prepare and analyze financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
● Monitor and manage budgetary control processes. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights for decision-making. ● Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations. ● Lead and mentor a team of accountants to optimize performance and efficiency.
Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is a plus. ● 8 years of proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on costing and financial reporting. ● Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations. ● Experience with Odoo ERP is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage. ● Excellent analytical and
