IT Help Desk Administrator

 IT Help Desk Administrator is needed to join the Infrastructure Team in MetLife Egypt!


Job Purpose: IT help desk onsite needed for daily Incidents, Requests, to fulfil employees IT related support issues.

Job Description:
· Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat or email.
· Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
· Follow up with employees to ensure complete resolution of issues.
· Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure solutions.
· Install, format and maintain desktop and laptop computers.
· Dealing on daily bases on service now ticketing system.
· Distinguishes between Incidents and Service Requests (Tasks) and complete requests within SLA.

Job Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in information technology/ computer sciences.
· Fluent command of English is a Must.
· 3+ years of experience providing level 1 or above help desk support in IT operations.
· Supports current desktop environment including Windows 10 -11, Office O365, password resets, desktop issues, VPN support.
· Must have a good knowledge of SCCM deployment cycle ITIL is +
