Location : Alexandria
Working condition: 9:00am-5:00pm
Key responsibilities:
*provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves & compensation & resolve any issues that may arise
*assist in development & implementation of human resources policies.
*enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly & applying new benefits & organizing team building activities
*ensure compliance with labor regulations
*administer compensation and benefits plans
*undertake tasks around performance management
*assist in talent acquisition & recruitment process
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience
BSc/BA in human resources or relevant field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist
Excellent communication & people skills
Outstanding knowledge of MS office, HRIS systems
