M Squared is seeking to hire an experienced “Senior Cash Management Specialist” to join our Treasury team. As a Senior Cash Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's cash flow, ensuring liquidity, and optimizing cash positions to maximize financial performance. This role requires a deep understanding of cash management principles, financial markets, and banking relationships.
Job Location: Head Office - Mohandseen
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain cash management model with all figures and reports.
· Monitor cash position to ensure that all payments will be covered.
· Follow up cash collection at banks versus sales records and review weekly bounced report.
· Follow up daily operations with sales team, CS team and collections team.
· Review all entries related to CM model daily.
· Monthly reconciliation with the non-financial banks to ensure (NR collections/interest paid “review related debit interest”/monthly dues settled).
· Maintain banking and NFB relationship.
· Manage and maintain cash management model with all figures and reports.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
· 4-5 years of experience as a Cash Management Specialist or in a similar role within finance.
· Real estate background is preferred.
· In-depth knowledge of cash management principles, financial instruments, and banking operations.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Presentable.
· Attention to details.
· Proficiency in MS Office.
· Excellent command of English language.
