*Job Description:

-Al Watania Poultry is seeking a dedicated and skilled Planning Specialist to join our team at Smart Village, Giza. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively communicating forecast and inventory estimations to management, determining the needs for spare parts and raw materials as per the production and maintenance plans, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. This role requires a thorough understanding of inventory management practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to address demand-related issues promptly.


*Key Responsibilities:

-Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.

-Determine the need for spare parts according to the maintenance plan.

-Determine the needs for raw materials and packaging according to the production plan.

-Coordinate with the purchasing section for material and spare parts receipt confirmation.

-Coordinate with departments for coding the materials and spare parts.

-Follow up on the process of recording all purchase orders through the ERP System.

-Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

-Conduct monthly forecast maintenance.

-Understand and apply inventory management practices and procedures.


*Job Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree.

-2-4 years of previous working experience in a similar role.

-Good command of the English language.

-Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office.

-Excellent management, communication, and negotiation skills.

-Team player with strong organizational skills.
