We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be presentable and proficient in English, with a bachelor's degree from an international university. While real estate experience and mass hiring experience are considered pluses, they are not mandatory.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create candidates pipeline through posting job ads on all recruitment channels.
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media.
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Carry out the hiring process including job offer proposal, and communicating it to the successful candidates.
Job Requirements:
- University Degree in business or a related discipline (MIU, BUE ,GUC ,GIU ,MSA ,MUST ,AAST ,Credit hour Joint program graduates are preferred).
- Previous mass hiring experience.
- Fluent in English.
