A Leading distribution company located in 10th of Ramadan is seeking to hire the following position: -
Job Title: #Assistant_Office_Manager
✳️Job Responsibilities:
*Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
*Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
*Manage schedules and deadlines.
*Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
*Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
*Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians).
*Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning, etc.).
*Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
*Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
✳️Job Requirements:
● Proven experience as an Assistant Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
● Knowledge of Assistant Office Manager
● Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
● Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
● Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Boomerang
● Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
● Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
