Senior HR Analyst
Job Description:
1. Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from multiple sources, including HRIS systems, employee surveys, performance reviews, Payroll and other internal/external data repositories.
2. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that present actionable insights on key HR metrics such as turnover, diversity, employee engagement, performance, and compensation.
3. Perform advanced data modeling, trend analysis, and predictive analytics to identify potential workforce challenges and opportunities.
4. Create and deliver regular HR reports to manager, ensuring the information is accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational goals.
5. Develop and automate reports to track KPIs and operational efficiency across HR functions such as recruitment, learning and development, compensation, and benefits.
6. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across various systems and platforms.
7. Implement data governance practices to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to employee data privacy and security.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- 5-7 years of experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding written and oral communications skills in English and Arabic.
- Proven experience in HR Operations, Systems and analytics.
