Job Description:
- Engage customers by presenting Harley-Davidson motorcycles, highlighting features, benefits, and customization options to meet individual needs and preferences.
- Ensure transparency and clarity in pricing, providing accurate cost information and available financing options.
- Collaborate with team members across the dealership to deliver customer service excellence, ensuring all customer inquiries and requests are handled professionally.
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure all displayed motorcycles are clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition.
- Liaise with the workshop to ensure all motorcycles are safe and meet Harley-Davidson standards before display or delivery to customers.
- Regularly research and monitor competitor pricing, staying updated on the local motorcycle market to provide competitive insights.
- Follow the Harley-Davidson display handbook to maintain an appealing and brand-aligned showroom display, arranging bikes and promotional materials as per brand guidelines.
- Assist in managing showroom layout to ensure it aligns with Harley Davidson’s brand image and enhances customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Experience in sales minimum of 2 years in retail sales, preferably within the - automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Familiarity with motorcycles, especially the Harley-Davidson brand.
- Passion for Motorcycles.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent in Computer.
- Presentable.
