Job Description :
- Assist in designing and refining organizational structures.
- Develop and maintain competency frameworks for various roles.
- Create job descriptions and grading systems to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Analyze organizational data and prepare reports for decision-making.
- Support workforce planning initiatives to address current and future needs.
Qualifications :
-at least 2 years experience in OD Position
-Fluency in English (spoken and written).
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
-Strong organizational and analytical skills.
-Excellent communication and attention to detail.
