Your Role:
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will:
Identify employee training needs through interviews and surveys.
Analyze data to determine training requirements.
Design and implement customized training programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs pre- and post-implementation.
Prepare and manage training schedules and materials.
Monitor employee progress and ensure utilization of training outcomes.
Build and maintain a comprehensive training library for the company.
Follow up on employee performance two months post-training to assess impact.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a motivated professional with:
Previous experience as a Learning and Development Specialist or in a related role.
Certification in Training of Trainers (mandatory).
Proficiency in presentation and selling skills.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
Advanced knowledge of the ADDIE model and modern training methodologies.
A certification in Human Resource Management or a related field (preferred).
