LEONI EGYPT is hiring "Junior HR Business Partner".
Responsibilities:
- Supports as HR Business Partner a defined group of representatives within a country or site.
- Supports leaders in designing the employee strategy for their respective area of responsibility
- Acts as HR Business Partner to assigned area of responsibility in HR related matters:
- Organizes the relevant information for Annual Salary Increase, personnel planning as FTE and personnel costs
- Supports strategic workforce planning
- Submits assignment needs to HR Recruiting for further execution and supports Interviews if necessary
- Coordinates & manages HR related topics for the respective leader or area
- Supports the talent management and successor planning
- Supports the leader within the salary change process and with training selection
- Submits exit support for further execution
- Coaches and consults the respective leaders on leadership, skill management and team development
- Supports the valuation of future business needs and consults on HR related measures
- Supports deployment of HR processes and guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR field.
- Very good in English communication both oral and written.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
