“ HR Operation “
Job Description :
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare and manage HR reports and documentation as required.
- Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues and employee development.
- Coordinate with external training providers and manage training logistics
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and issues. / Answering employees' questions regarding their benefits and compensation options and assisting with the administration of their benefits.
- Manage HR-related documentation and reports in compliance with legal requirements.
- Update new employee information and various employee changes after verifying necessary documentation and approvals have been obtained.
- Actively maintain personnel files to ensure records are accurate
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of [1- 3] years of experience in an HR role.
- Cairo residence only!
