Ra sport is looking for a ( Social Media Moderator Specialist )
Job Purpose :
This role involves everything from planning and creating content to engaging with our online community and compiling performance reports
manage our social media platforms comprehensively
Responsibilities :
- You'll develop and implement social media strategies aligned with our brand goals,
- creating and curating content that resonates with our brand audience.
- you’ll be responsible for posting across all platforms, managing the community by responding to comments and messages, and providing excellent customer support. In addition,
- you’ll track and analyze social media metrics, reporting on engagement, reach, and other key indicators.
- Collaboration with the marketing team and other departments, ensuring all social media efforts align with brand initiatives.
Qualifications :
- proven experience in social media management,
- excellent communication skills,
- proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms.
- Attention to detail
- problem-solving skills,
- ability to work in a team are essential.
- A background in marketing, communications or customer service is preferred.
