HR Intern - Exception Patisserie
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the coordination of recruitment events and career fairs.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking sheets.
- Assist in conducting initial candidate assessments and background checks.
- Participate in onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
2. Learning & Development (L&D):
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions and workshops.
- Help in the development and dissemination of training materials and resources.
- Support the evaluation of training programs through feedback collection and analysis.
- Maintain records of employee training and development activities.
- Assist in the creation of e-learning modules and other digital learning resources.
3. Organizational Development (OD):
- Support the implementation of OD initiatives and projects.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of data related to employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Help in the design and execution of employee surveys and feedback mechanisms.
- Participate in the development and communication of OD programs and initiatives.
- Assist in the coordination of team-building activities and company events.
Internship Requirements
- University Fresh Grads. (2022,2023,2024).
- HR Certificate holders are preferred.
- Fluent English is a must.
- MS Office user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Giza or 6th October Resident
- Enthusiastic & eager to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ready to start immediately.
Benefits & Working Conditions:

- 5 working days a week.
- 9 working hours.
- Location: 2nd Industrial Zone, 6th October – Giza
- Duration: 3 Months with the possibility of shifting to full-time after that based on performance.
