Job Description :
- Visit existing customers and prospects
- Develop and maintain full relationship plans for all customers
- Lead the bank’s relationship with SMEs prime customers including negotiation of service standards and pricing.
- Deal with and find solutions to customer complaints
- Determine the products that are most effective in meeting customers’ needs and sell these both reactively and proactively.
- Manage and control the portfolio within agreed limits across their area
- Maintain a high standard of operational control including adherence to Risk management guidelines, KYC procedures and bank policies.
- Research, create and follow up on a target list for potential new business
- Gather all the required information that is needed to prepare and assess credit applications.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SMEs .
- Credit Course is a must .
Location : Alexandria , Damietta, Kafr El Sheikh, Mahala, Mansoura, Tanta, and Zagazig.
