Kasrawy Group for Automotive hiring the following position:
Service Manager
Location:
Nasr City
Main Responsibilities:
-Develop service organization and operating procedures (SOP’s) and maximizing usage of KPI's to manage effectively.
-Supervising other members of the service delivery team.
-Maintaining customer relationships and improving response and delivery times.
-Updating service methods to improve overall efficiency.
-Resolving any service problems and customer complaints.
-Conducting periodic appraisals of team members and identifying areas for improvement.
-Creating and presenting regular reports to senior management.
-Instructing customers on equipment operation, care, and maintenance.
-Inspecting rental equipment on return, looking for any damage and returning deposits.
-Coordinate activities within service division, with other divisions and with external partners/suppliers.
-Evaluate service centers development needs (capacity, manpower, capex, etc...).
-Preparing, generating and collecting all reception related reports (Budgeting report, Service Centre KPI’s, Stuff Evaluation...).
-Analyze major service problems and implement corrective action plans.
-Support customers during their warranty claim for better customer satisfaction.
-Audit the service center to apply certification standards and monitor actions with service heads to overcome weaknesses reported.
-Support the dealers in developing their service operations by performing periodical visits, scheduling dealers, service seminars, reviewing action plans, etc...
Job Requirements:
-BSc of Automotive or Mechanical engineering
-10-12 years experience with 3 years in similar position
-Leading edge in department strategy.
-Fully operational knowledge in service retail operations management, warranty & technical support management, insurance management.
