the below qualifications:
Responsibilities:
· Providing first and second-level support for application-related issues and inquiries.
· Analyzing and troubleshooting application incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
· Collaborating with development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
· Managing and prioritizing support tickets to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
· Documenting and maintaining comprehensive issue resolution and support procedures.
· Conducting root cause analysis for recurring issues and implementing preventive measures.
· Communicating effectively with end-users to understand and address their concerns.
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement application updates and patches.
· Monitoring application performance and proactively identifying potential issues.
· Providing training and support to end-users on application functionality.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
· Proven experience 4+ years as a System Analyst in a fintech or related industry.
· Proficiency in documenting system requirements and specifications.
· Knowledge of fintech regulations and compliance standards.
· Familiarity with data modeling and database design principles.
· Knowledge of project management methodologies.
