Plant HR Section Head
Responsibilities
· Ensuring that all 3 HR majors are fulfilled: - Talent Management – Learning & Development - Personnel & Administration.
· Align with HR General Manager to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
· Lead the development and effectively apply HR policies and programs including performance management, career development, performance management, and reviews, training and mentoring, employee benefits, etc.
· Source and recruit candidates at all levels from executives to front-liners using out-of-the-box and multichannel approaches.
· Direct the day-to-day HR activities for a diverse employee workforce in a fast-paced organization, and implement an engaging atmosphere for a high-performance work culture that operates seamlessly in remote and hybrid work environments.
· Monitor and update the company manpower & Org Charts transactions monthly.
· Analyze the workflow within the function structure to eliminate overlapping.
· Implement the Training plan across the year and manage the training documentation.
· Send weekly status report to HR General Manager covering updates for all HR functions.
Job Requirements
· Years of Experience: 7-10 years of experience preferably in industrial field.
· Experience as an HR Section Head in industrial field is a plus.
· Understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
· Good knowledge of local labor regulations.
· Hands-on experience with payroll systems and Human Resources Management Practices.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Leadership abilities.
