Job Description

- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact in the reception area, keeping management informed of performance with routine and requested reporting.

-Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
- Manage foreign partners visits logistics and top management logistics (flight tickets, hotel booking, Schedule, etc.)
- Oversee administrative staff.
- Ensure that all incoming communications (telephone calls, letters, Emails, etc.) are responded to professionally and reliably passed on to the appropriate persons.
- Manage and maintain required schedules.
- Follow up with all departments on daily basis.

Job Requirements

BSc. in any relevant field
Females only.
Min. 3-5 years of experience in the same position.
Proficient in MS Office especially word& Power point.
Excellent command of English
Excellent communication skills
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedure
Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Boomerang
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
