Vacancy: #Maintenance Engineer
Work location: Ingram Factory, Abu Rawash - Giza
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a monthly preventive and routine maintenance plan to preempt any breakdowns.
- Conduct regular monitoring of maintenance operations to prevent workflow disruptions.
- Evaluate the feasibility of new projects for the factory, such as new products or machinery.
- Monitor daily repairs of machine spare parts to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
- Assess the effectiveness of maintenance operations through post-repair machine trials.
- Establish annual policies and procedures for the department to guide employees in their work.
- Issue monthly operating and safety instructions for factory workers to prevent harm.
- Evaluate employees, providing necessary training to enhance their performance.
- Design and update the layout of equipment, lines, and piping systems within the factory monthly.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and occupational health and safety systems.
- Respond swiftly to maintenance emergencies within the factory.
Job Requirements:
- 1:3 years in a similar field.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Training and Courses:
- Basics of Self-Maintenance.
- Root Cause Data Analysis.
- AutoCAD.
- Visio.
