Position: Learning & Development Section Head
Work location: Manial – Cairo

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Group Learning & Development Section Head to lead our training initiatives and foster a culture of continuous learning within our organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate the current and future training needs of our diverse workforce.
- Develop and monitor the training budget to ensure the highest quality of training within budgetary constraints.
- Design and implement engaging internal and external training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive training materials and manuals to cater to the unique needs of our employees.
- Lead and inspire our team of internal trainers, providing guidance and evaluating their performance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through various assessment methods and provide performance reports to senior management.
- Coordinate the optimal utilization of training facilities, resources, and equipment to deliver seamless training experiences.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the field of training and development, with a track record of success in creating impactful training programs.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant business-related field.
- Possession of TOT certification or Training Management qualification will be considered an additional advantage.
- Ability to analyze data to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders and team members.
