HR Internship - Sky Holding

If you're passionate about developing talent and driving organizational growth, we at Sky Holding offer an exciting internship opportunity in the HR Department within the Talent Management function. As an intern, you'll gain valuable experience in various aspects of talent development.


The intern will learn:

- Talent Acquisition: Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating resumes.

- Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance review processes and provide administrative assistance.

- Employee Development: Contribute to the creation and execution of training programs and development initiatives.

- Succession Planning: Participate in identifying and nurturing high-potential employees for future leadership roles.

- Talent Development: Participate in the creation of the Job descriptions and KPIs as well as updating the Organization Charts and Policies.

- HR Projects: Collaborate on special projects related to talent management and organizational development.


Qualifications:

- A Fresh Graduate in Business Administration or any related Field.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- A keen interest in talent management and HR best practices.
