In this position, you will provide crucial support to our HR Team Leader, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and contributing to a positive employee experience.


Your responsibilities will include:

-Assisting the Team Leader in managing HR administrative tasks.

-Processing employee onboarding, records, and data.

-Contributing to talent acquisition and recruitment activities.

-Maintaining strong communication and collaboration with team members.

-Maintains an updated organizational structure of the business account.

-Assists in completing the annual performance cycle.

-Assist with other Organizational Development initiatives.
