Business Development Lead

 We are HIRING a "Business Development Lead"

1- Initial Interview: We'll assess your qualifications and discuss the role.

2- Online Psychometric Test: You'll complete a test to evaluate your skills and abilities.

3- Assessment Center: You'll participate in practical exercises to demonstrate your skills.

To advance to the next step, you must successfully meet our criteria in each stage. If you're not selected, you'll receive a notification. The successful candidate will excel in all aspects of the process.


Responsibilities:

Craft a winning business development strategy aligned with our goals.

Research the market, assess competitors, and identify ideal clients.

Understand client needs and tailor impactful HR solutions.

Create compelling proposals showcasing the value we offer.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.

Build strong client relationships and stay ahead of industry trends.

Continuously improve the sales process for maximum efficiency.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

10+ years of experience in B2B sales or similar.

Proven experience in consulting or the training industry (essential).

GCC experience (essential), preferably in UAE.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent written and spoken English.
