Administration Manager
Location: 10th of Ramadan City
Main Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office management, facilities maintenance, catering, and housekeeping.
- Full responsibility for operations & maintenance of the company's fleet.
- Act as a link between management and staff, providing tools or support to create a healthy workplace atmosphere.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for various services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administration manager (Manufacturing Background).
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
- Proficient in MS Office
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A team player with leadership skills
- BSc/BA in business administration or relative field
