Concrete for readymade garments is hiring a VIP Customer Service Associate
Responsibilities and duties:
Familiar with A and A+ customer categories
VIP account management
Customer complaints handlings
Inbound and outbound calls
Customers inquiries handling (phone/social media/emails)
Reporting and analysis
Communicating with back offices and non-customer-facing departments
Great ability to multitask
Familiar with loyalty programs and C. Sat practices
Qualifications:
Excellent English Language
Customer service experience from 3 to 5 years
Experience in high-end products/services or luxury brands
Very good experience dealing with A and A+ customer categories
Very presentable with excellent communication and service promoting skills
Passionate about fashion and luxury products
Face to face customer service experience
- Location : Mohandeseen , Giza
- Friday and Saturday off
