Responsibilities
Lead and guide a team of web engineers in writing high-quality, performant, and reliable code, ensuring alignment with business objectives, including SEO strategies.
Establish and maintain code quality standards, fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Backend Developers, and Quality Assurance Engineers to effectively achieve team goals.
Provide technical leadership and input to project management, ensuring successful execution and delivery of projects.
Proactively identify and address technical debt, guiding the team in implementing solutions.
Act decisively to respond to and resolve emergency software defects, while sharing insights and lessons learned.
Contribute to defining and refining the technical architecture for products, with a focus on SEO best practices and performance optimization.
Continuously improve internal technical practices and processes, including SEO optimization strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong leadership experience with React and Next.js, demonstrating a track record as a React.js Developer.
Expertise in React and related tools (e.g., Webpack, Redux, Flux), with proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
Familiarity with ECMAScript features and experience with REST APIs.
Ability to architect and build reusable front-end components, translating UI/UX wireframes into visual elements.
Proficient in producing production-ready code with comprehensive unit and integration tests, utilizing testing frameworks such as Jest and Enzyme.
Strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency in browser-based debugging and performance testing tools.
Experience with version control systems like Git and platforms like GitHub.
User interface design experience and excellent knowledge of modern cross-browser HTML5, ES6+, and CSS3+ (SCSS).
Awareness of web performance best practices, accessibility standards, and SEO optimization techniques.
