Vacancy: Senior HR Specialist (Talent Acquisition & OD)
Part of the duties/responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Hiring Managers to fulfill the manpower requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare periodic data reports for all related activities.
- Perform screening of CVs, Interview and assess selected candidates.
- Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job’s competencies and requirements.
- Assist in designing and delivering an effective onboarding program that includes orientation, training, and ongoing support for new hires.
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
- Support in organizational Design & Development activities like Organizational structure, job descriptions, policies & procedures.
- Conduct efficient exit interviews with departing employees.
- Support the design and delivery of employee training and development programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent is required.
HR-related certificates.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources position within a leading regional organization.
- Experience in real estate or related industries is preferred.
Proficient use and command of computer (office: word-excel-power-point), internet surfing.
