We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As an Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates through various channels, screening resumes and applications, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews using reliable selection tools/methods, assessing applicants' skills and experience, onboarding new employees, and providing detailed recruiting reports.

**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate channels
- Source and recruit candidates through databases, social media, and headhunting
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Schedule HR and technical interviews
- Conduct interviews using various recruiting tools/methods
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Ensure vacancies are filled within targeted time
- Onboard new employees for full integration
- Provide analytical recruiting reports
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and office management software
- Eager to learn, hard-working, and detail-oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Good command of English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
