Metro Markets for Trading & Distribution is hiring a Purchasing Buyer.
Role Description:
This is a full-time role as a Purchasing Buyer responsible for devising strategies to procure supplies that align with a company's needs and standards. He/ She conducts market research and analysis, coordinates with various departments, negotiates with vendors and suppliers, and tracks purchasing orders. The Purchasing buyer evaluates products, determines quantities, and chooses suitable retailers. He/She researches and recognizes market trends, tracks demand patterns and evaluates previous purchases to predict future needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree.
- Purchasing Processes and Purchase Orders experience.
- Analytical Skills for effective decision-making.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
Proficiency in using purchasing software and tools.
