Hiring Procurement Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Find and choose suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure we have the materials we need.
- Keep accurate records of purchases and pricing.
- Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues.
- Make sure all procurement activities follow company policies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience 1-2 years in procurement in the manufacturing industry is a must.
- Comfortable using procurement software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
