Education: A bachelor’s degree is a must.
Experience: Minimum 1: 3 years in the same position.
HR Diploma / Certificate is preferred
Location: Victoria – Alexandria
#Main_Duties
Preparing monthly payroll sheet.
Handling labor office documents.
Receiving employees' complaints about their monthly pay.
Handling bank communications with regard to the employee's monthly pay and conducting all Social Insurance documents, such as Form 1, 2, and 6.
Responsible for employment contracts and resignation procedures.
Responsible for the day-to-day attendance of the personnel.
Receiving all attendance-related documents, such as leave requests, missions requests, etc.
Keeping all employees' documents in their files and making sure they are all complete.
