**Job Responsibilities**:
- Welcome and direct visitors, coordinate meetings, and appointments.
- Perform clerical tasks, such as answering phones and responding to emails.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and information in a useful and easily retrievable manner.
- Assist with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses.
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals with suppliers.
- Support the HR Admin team with additional tasks as assigned.
- Ensure office efficiency by regularly monitoring the office environment and taking effective action where needed.
- Manage the cleaning team to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order.
- Monitor the office environment on a regular basis to ensure policy compliance.
**Job Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in Office Administration.
- Superb clarity in communication.
- Efficient organizational, time management, and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
