We are hiring for Intro Holding "Network Administrator", who will primarily manage operations at a newly established office.
Job Location: 6th October - Giza
Job Responsibilities:
1-Firewall, Switches, Access Points (FortiGate):
-Configuration, management, and maintenance of network devices like firewalls (including FortiGate), switches, and access points.
-Implementing network security policies using firewalls.
-Monitoring network performance and resource utilization.
2-Network Knowledge:
-Designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and reliable network infrastructure.
-Implementing and managing network segmentation for improved security.
-Troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
3-User Support:
-Provide basic network troubleshooting support to end-users.
-Reset passwords and manage user accounts.
4-Additional Responsibilities, and preferred experience with the following:
-Access Door Management:
Configuration and integration with the network infrastructure.
-IP-Phone Management:
Manage basic configurations of IP phone systems.
-Interactive Screens:
Setting up the network connection for interactive screens and ensuring basic functionality.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
-Minimum of 3 years experience in network administration.
-Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols and network troubleshooting methodologies.
-Experience configuring and managing firewalls (including FortiGate a plus).
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Problem-solving and analytical skills.
-Fluent spoken and written English and Local Language.
-Certifications (preferred):
*CompTIA Network+
*Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
*FortiGate Network Security Expert (NSE)
