Panda Egypt (retail company) is hiring Application Support Specialist in October HQ as per the
Responsibilities: -
* Providing day to day support and management of the retail system.
* Managing application logins, permissions, segregations of duties for retail system
* Maintaining the retail system accessibility according to HR records regarding hiring, promotions, transfers, and resignations
* Monitoring and fine-tuning system performance.
* Maintaining system integrity and consistency
Requirements: -
* Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience
* Good knowledge of SQL Server, and very good skills in writing SQL statements
* Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end users
* Work conditions: -
Location : 6th of October
Days off : 2 days off
