We are seeking a translator to join the U.S. Embassy in Cairo. The ideal candidate for this position must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in written translation and simultaneous oral interpretation. We are looking for someone who is a language expert with a thorough knowledge of legal and diplomatic language in both English and Arabic. Must be familiar with correspondence formats, specialized terminology used in the conduct of diplomatic, political, economic, cultural, military, and commercial affairs of Egypt.
