Fit and Fix is Hiring Service Advisor
Due to Expansion Fit and Fix currently seeking a diligent and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our Fit & Fix automotive team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth flow of operations in our Fit & Fix Branches. You will act as the liaison between our customers and the technicians, ensuring that all their concerns and needs are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner. Responsibilities
Greet customers and ascertain their concerns and service needs
Provide accurate and detailed information about services and repairs to customers
Schedule service appointments and manage work orders in an efficient manner
Collaborate with technicians to ensure that repairs are completed on time and within budget
Monitor the progress of service repairs and keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles
Provide estimates for service charges and obtain approval from customers before proceeding with repairs
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of service history and transactions
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
Proficient in using computer software for scheduling and record-keeping purposes
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
