Job Description
1-Handle all small- medium sized vendors
2-Handle purchasing requisition
3-Negotiate for required “ Prices, terms, dates, …” with suppliers
4-Handle items delivery, insurance claims for missing & accounts payable items follow up
5-Receive and review statement accounts and verify it versus received orders and sending orders to finance.
6-Issue payment request with coordination with finance department
7-Submit weekly report on system for all orders with actual lead time versus target
8-Coordinate with finance & warehouse for the delivery matters
9-Enrich database of suppliers (local/international)
10-Compare between suppliers’ quality, time, costs…etc.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree of reputable university
1-2 years’ experience in purchasing field
Result Oriented
High time management skills
Good in communication and negotiation skills
Analytical thinker
Good problem solving skills
