Job Description:- Logistics Specialist
We need a logistics specialist who can develop shipping plans, follow up on company-owned cars and rental cars, communicate with shipping contractors to carry out what is required of them, and follow up the loading operations in warehouses until the orders reach their places of shipment at the Fastest time and at the lowest cost
Responsibilities:
1- Follow up the receipt of sales orders
2- Executing the orders on the system (Oracle)
3- Sending the orders to the financial department and following up on their approval
4- Develop a plan and schedule to ship these orders to the company's agents in all governorates of the Republic
5- Communicate with shipping contractors to carry out the shipment of the required orders and communicate with the movement department to develop a plan for shipping with company-owned vehicles
6- Follow up with the warehouses to load the sales orders sent and follow up on the arrival of the cars to the loading places
7- Communicate with the Purchasing Department to receive the raw material orders to be shipped from suppliers to our company's factories
8- Follow up with freight forwarders and external suppliers to expedite the loading of raw materials and communicate with the warehouse department to unload this incoming quantity of raw materials
9- Making daily reports of leased and company-owned freight operations, including the place of loading, the place of aging, the cost of transportation, the type of load, and the shipping office
10- Develop a daily plan to follow up on the achievement of sales targets for direct sales branches and agents
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Business Administration
- Must have experience working in logistics management for at least 3 years
-To be very good in Microsoft programs (Excel- Power Point) and modern programs Power BI is a plus
-Good English
