Bank SAIB is currently hiring Systems, Compute & Storage Administrator to join our team in the IT sector as per the following details:
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IBM AIX servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Install, configure, and manage IBM Middleware & WebSphere Application Server and MQ, including HA and DR configurations.
- Install, configure, and manage RHEL, Openshift.
- Maintain & troubleshoot Storage arrays.
- Monitor system performance, identify, and resolve issues, and implement performance enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
- Perform routine system backups and recovery procedures.
- Ensure system security by implementing best practices and monitoring for potential vulnerabilities.
- Provide on-call support and respond to system emergencies as needed.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and changes.
Main Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience as an IBM AIX System Administrator.
- Expert with IBM Middleware.
- Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server and IBM MQ in in single and HA mode.
- Extensive knowledge of RHEL, Openshift and storage.
- Strong knowledge of IBM Power Servers, AIX system administration including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
