E-Commerce team at INTERSPORT Egypt for sportswear ( Retail Industry )
About the job :
This is a Full-Time On-Site job as an E-Commerce Logistics Specialist responsible for tactical day-to-day operations for E-commerce fulfillment to drive resolution on open deliveries, and reconciling between our systems (product lifecycle)
Duties and Responsibilities :
1- Manage and oversee e-commerce order processing and checking inventory fulfillment.
2- Send the daily orders along with the waybills to the warehouse and stores to prepare them and apply all pick-up requests.
3- Confirm with couriers to make sure it’s done with no misses if there is any miss you are accountable to solve it.
4- Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to identify and address operational issues communicated by our customers.
5- Perform all daily communication with our Stockholders centers (stores-Shipping Company) and ensure that the operations are handled properly.
Job Requirements :
1- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
2- Must have at least 2 years of experience in order fulfillment, e-commerce, and retail background.
3- Experience with order management and shipping software is a plus.
4- High proficiency in computer and internet use including Microsoft Office.
