Join HR Team as a Technical Recruiter
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media and other channels.
- Coordinate with management on interviews scheduling, screening and consolidate feedback on potential/rejected candidates
-Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
-Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
-Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
-Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
-Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work.”
-Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
-Manage the process of applicant testing, background checks, skill set checks and reference checks.
-Prepare, maintain, and update CV database to ensuring the fulfilment of manpower plan targets
Qualifications & requirement
-HR certificate is preferable.
-2-4 years of experience
-Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
-Ability to multi‐task and work in a team environment
