Production Section Head - Body Shop - CKD Sector
Job Description:
-Manage and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
-Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and quality of work
-Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
-Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
-Provide regular reports to the Body Shop Director and Service Operations -Director regarding production and performance metrics
-Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair timelines and progress
-Maintain a clean and organized work environment
-Train and develop staff to improve skills and knowledge
-Develop and document SOP’s.
-Maintain production schedule and achieve production target.
-Achieving quality target improves quality performance through six sigma plan.
-Improve team skill matrix, deploy requested training to increase skills and improve manpower utilization.
-Deploy kaizen programs, reduce line waste through lean tools.
-Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain workplace organization via 5S.
-Participate in new projects study and assessing project requirements.
-Develop and manage KPI’S of the body shop.
Job Requirements:
BSc. of Mechanical Engineering is a Must.
10-13 Years of Experience - Body welding workshop experience is Must.
