Organization Development Specialist
- 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 5th Settlement (HQ)
𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏:
• Create and update the organization chart, workflow chart, job analysis, and job descriptions.
• Collaborate with the OD Head to implement the Performance Management system, ensuring adherence to schedules and submission of required reports.
• Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and create a training plan.
• Implement the Training and development plan, overseeing, evaluating, and documenting training activities.
• Supervise the process of defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and collect and report relevant data.
• Develop and update the HR dashboard and analyze data using pertinent HR metrics.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Offer advice and support to departments and teams in analyzing issues and improving internal processes.
• Provide employees with information on HR policies, rules, regulations, job responsibilities, and opportunities for career advancement.
• Implement employee satisfaction surveys and analyze the results to improve the work environment and employee well-being.
𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
- From 2 to 3 years of #HR experience, including 1 year of experience in OD.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Very Good command of the English language.
