We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Supervisor to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in call center operations, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. The Call Center Supervisor will be responsible for managing and coaching a team of customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
-Experience 5-7 years in a call center environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
-Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Very good command in English both written and verbal.
-In-depth knowledge of call center operations and best practices.
-Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve performance.
-Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
