HR Specialist (Recruitment - Employee Relations)
(EGO Group)Luxury Multi Brand Retail Company, operating more than 130 international luxury fashion brands. Owning 49 on ground stores throughout Egypt.
Establish recruiting requirements by studying and planning for the organization business plan and work proactively to fill all vacant positions.
Requirements and qualifications:
- From 3 to 4 years of relevant experience Must be in (Retail) preferred in Fashion Retail field.
-Bachelor’s Degree.
- Handling recruitment process of hiring entry levels and middle management positions.
- Can handle mass hiring.
-Good background about all HR functions.
- Excellent in English.
- Excellent Communication & negotiation skills.
-Organized and detail-oriented.
- Self-motivated and can handle multiple tasks.
- Males or females.
- Work Location: Heliopolis Cairo.
Fridays and 2 Saturdays Off
From 10 a.m to 6 p.m
