Administration Manager

 "Administration Manager" is needed for the soonest hiring.

Location: Sheikh Zayed City - Giza - Egypt


Job Scope:

Manage all admin functions including Security, Health & Safety, Employees Accommodations, Customs Clearance, Logistics, Procurement, House keeping, Governmental relation in alignment with the company strategic goals, objectives and with the aim of leading the organization towards success and growth.


Job Description:

- Setting policies and procedures for administrative department and working on developing them and following up on their implementation.

- Setting Administration Department Annual Budget by collecting all requirements from different operation sites.

- Manage and enhance all resources consumptions to ensure that meet the optimal and effective usage.

- Responsible for renewing licenses for the company's operational sectors with government agencies, in alignment with the Legal Department. 

- Supervise the Admin team across company sites.

- Supervise the archiving team. 

- Responsible for following up the maintenance of the company's admin premises.

- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints. 

- Responsible for following up the logistical support for the company.

- Responsible for following up the Security Team and Security companies.

- Responsible for following up the performance of the Health & Safety Department and dealing with government agencies.

- Responsible for contracting with staff transport companies in coordination with each site according to the right plan.

- Responsible for following up the maintenance of company assets in different locations, as well as following up the renewal of operating licenses

 - Responsible for setting the policy for sites security and following up on its implementation within the sites by conducting site visits.

- Responsible for contracting with security companies to secure the company's sites and follow up on contract renewal.

- Contracting with the local security representative in different locations and following up the monthly payment.

- Responsible for all customs clearance process.

- Responsible for all the house keeping teams.


Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree.

- 10+ years of experience in Administration, of which 5 years at least in managerial capacity.

- Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.

- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.

- Fluency in English. 

- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
