Job Summary:
The promising
candidate is going to provide multiple resources to recruit both white &
blue collars to fill the vacant positions in addition to maintaining regular
reporting and preparing for the onboarding of new hires.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

Work closely with hiring managers in Receiving hiring
requests to provide pools of qualified candidates.
·
Screen CVs and schedule interviews.
·
Conduct HR interviews and ensure the candidates meet the
job requirements.
·
Collect technical interviews results and discuss the
offer with the selected candidates.
·
Send apology letters to rejected candidates and prepare
for the onboarding of new hires.
·
Share the required data with the Personnel Team to
complete the hiring process.
·
Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment,
including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
·

Requirements:
·
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
·
Experience: 2:3 years in talent acquisition/recruitment
·
Computer skills: Very Good user of Microsoft Office
·
Language skills: V.Good English Language
·
Residence: New Cairo or nearby areas
·
HR Certificate is a must
·
Knowledge of HR systems and local labor laws.
·
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
·
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
·
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
·
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation
skills
Working Conditions:

Days off: Fridays & Saturdays

Working hours: 8 hours per day
